Hike to Happiness is a monthly meet-and-hike program designed to help individuals who have experienced the loss of a loved one find renewed peace and connection through nature. Tailored for those who have begun their healing journey but are still seeking a deeper sense of closure, each guided day hike offers a chance to enjoy light physical activity, spend time outdoors, and build meaningful connections with others who understand.
Each outing begins with a casual meet-and-greet and a short introduction on approaching the hike with mindfulness and intention. As the group walks together, participants are encouraged to engage in lighthearted conversations and reflect on the present moment. A mid-hike pause allows time for sharing stories, enjoying snacks, and participating in a short meditation. The experience wraps up with a relaxed group lunch, offering a final opportunity for connection, reflection, and a sense of shared peace.
